These Terms of Use govern the use of the eMechaniq car service website. The website provides information about car repair and servicing and the option to submit a booking request. By using the website, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Services and booking

The information on the website is for reference. A request submitted through the booking or callback form is a preliminary enquiry, not a concluded contract. Once we receive the request, we contact you to clarify the details and arrange a time for your visit.

The scope and terms of a specific service are determined directly at the service centre after an inspection or diagnostics of the car.

Prices

The prices shown on the website are approximate (marked «from …») and informational. They do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. We agree the final cost of the work with you after diagnostics, before it begins.

Quality of work and warranty

We carry out the work to a high standard and responsibly, in line with the terms agreed with you. A warranty is provided on the work done, the terms of which are recorded in writing when the order is placed.

The final list of work, its cost and timeframe are agreed directly at the car service.

Intellectual property

All website materials — texts, images, design, the logo and the eMechaniq brand identity — belong to the car service or are used on a lawful basis and are protected by intellectual property law.

Copying, reproduction, distribution or other use of the website's materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

Rules of website use

By using the website, you undertake not to breach applicable law or the rights of others, not to interfere with the operation of the website, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems and not to distribute malicious software.

Limitation of liability

The information on the website is provided «as is» and is for reference. We make every effort to keep it current and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website or the absence of technical errors.

We are not liable for any indirect losses connected with the use or inability to use the website. This limitation does not apply to the quality of services actually provided, which is governed by separate arrangements and the warranty.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and, failing agreement, in the manner provided for by the laws of Ukraine.
